That is why we need you to fill it out. We want you to walk out happy, not red and sore.
There are a few questions on there that might seem weird. But there is a reason for every single one.
First, we ask about medicines. Specifically stuff like Accutane or antibiotics. This is huge. If you take Accutane… your skin gets very thin. It is super sensitive. If we wax you while you are on that… it can actually lift the skin. Ouch. No one wants that. Studies say you should wait six months to a year after stopping Accutane before waxing.
Then we ask about creams. Are you using Retinol? Or anti-aging stuff? These things work by peeling off the top layer of skin. If we wax over that… it is like waxing raw skin. That is why we need to know.
We also ask about your cycle. Ladies, we know it is personal. But did you know your skin is way more sensitive right before your period? It is a biological fact. If we know you are close to that time… we can be extra gentle.
Filling the form is one thing. But talking to us is even better.
Do not be shy.
If you are scared of pain… tell us. We can help. We can use different wax. We can press on the skin after the strip comes off to stop the sting.
If you have allergies… please speak up. Some wax has bees or pine resin. If you are allergic… we need to switch products.
